Majins are a species featured in the Dragon Ball metaverse created by Akira Toriyama
Overview[]
Majins are a race of polymorphic beings descended from the legendary Majin Buu. Born from a desire to understand love, Majin Buu created a female Majin named Miss Buu from his own body and with the Love Love Beam, started a family of their own. From this single family, the Majin family quickly expanded to a full-fledged race of its own, making them an Earth-borne race despite the alien origins of their ancestor and peacefully co-exist with the humans and Namekians.
Physiology[]
Majins, much like Majin Buu are composed solely of an amorphous substance with consistency akin to bubblegum, which can be altered at will, either by will or hand. Despite possessing no internal organs or skeleton, they still have a full set of teeth and in some instances can even bleed. However, they have the ability to regenerate any lost matter. Majins come in many colors, shapes and sizes, but all share Buu's soft texture and small air holes. While they lack hair, they sport several antennae that are usually shaped like hairstyles.
Behavior[]
Not much is known about their general behavior. However, because they were all descended from Majin Buu, they're a generally peaceful race with a jovial attitude. Even when engaged in a fight, they seem to not take things seriously.
Abilities[]
The Majins possess the basic slime abilities of shapeshifting, liquefying and elasticity. The Majins, although not nearly as powerful as their ancestor, retain many of his abilities. Because of their body make-up, they are fully elastic and wear specialized clothing that is able change with them. They are even capable of blowing themselves up and reforming from small pieces. As the Majins are of a magic nature, they possess the ability to change any matter, living or not into candy by firing pink-colored beams of energy, either through their fingers or antennae and even possess their own variant of the legendary Kamehameha. Some especially powerful Majins have the ability to assume a "Pure Majin" form which transforms them into a shape almost identical to Kid Buu while gaining a massive power increase, much like the Saiyans' Super Saiyan form.
Physical appearance[]
Majins come in many colors, shapes and sizes, but all share Buu's soft texture and small air holes. They are a generally humanoid race often lacking noses and their scelera can be either black or white. Males tend to be on the heftier side like Majin Buu while the females are slender much like Kid Buu. While they lack hair, they sport several antennae that are usually shaped like hairstyles.
